Our Cancellation Policy

All deposits are non-refundable unless cancelled by 4pm two days prior to arrival. Any room/s booked without a deposit to secure them will NOT be guaranteed available upon arrival. Any non-arrival booking, for which we have not been notified, will be charged in full. Please inform us of an estimated time of arrival, or of a late arrival (i.e. after 9pm) as we do not operate a 24hour reception.
